When the ’80s hit: A look back at the ’90s trend in women’s clothing

It’s hard to believe it was only a few years ago that you’d be hard-pressed to find any American woman sporting a T-shirt featuring the iconic “We Are Forever” slogan.

The slogan, which is commonly associated with the 1980s clothing revival, has been worn by the likes of the Red Sox, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls, among other teams.

The “We are Forever” T-shirts were so popular that they are still used today in the U.S. to promote women’s fashion.

The trend has helped spark a resurgence in fashion trends, such as the rise of “women’s casual” clothing, a look that is traditionally paired with jeans, boots and a white shirt.

As the popularity of the slogan waned, women began to look to other options to represent the new trend.

Now, T-Shirts have become a trend in men’s and women’s outfits, too.
